Rates:

Intake Assessment - $175 (60 minutes)

Individual Session - $150 (50 minutes)

Shortened Individual Session - $75 (25-30 minutes)

Couples and Family Sessions - $175 (50-60 minutes)

Insurance:

Allyson is an out-of-network provider and does not accept insurance at this time. However, you can request a “superbill” to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. To see if you are eligible for reimbursement, contact your insurance provider and ask the following questions:

• Does my health insurance plan include out of network mental health benefits?

• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it?

• Do I need preauthorization to be reimbursed for out of network mental health services? If so, what is the process for obtaining preauthorization?

Cancellation Policy:

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) and no-shows will result in a fee of $100.00.

Good Faith Estimate:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
